Your role
You work directly with the founders and take responsibility for the operational core of our model. You're not just a generalist, you're the one who builds the structures through which every new partner business launches and grows cleanly.
Your focus:
- →Build structures. You turn what works today into a system that works for every partner business.
- →Solve bottlenecks. You spot where things are stuck and tackle them yourself.
- →Free up the founders. You take topics off their plate and run them cleanly.

What you'll do
01Operations & Growth
- →Preparing and supporting customer conversations, from enquiry to order
- →Running the sales pipeline of our partner businesses (B2C and B2B)
- →Developing offer logic, pricing and conversion along the value chain
02Systems & Automation
- →Building and documenting scalable processes that still work at the second and third partner business
- →Contributing to automations in CRM, ERP and internal workflows
- →A clean setup for every new partner business at onboarding
03Data analysis
- →Tracking core KPIs across sales, operations and finance
- →Identifying bottlenecks and deriving concrete actions
- →Preparing numbers for founders, partner businesses and investors
04Your canvas
- →Your own entrepreneurial projects in growth, recruiting, partner onboarding or the funding landscape
- →Quickly getting up to speed on new topics and delivering on them independently
- →Sparring partner for the founders on operational and strategic questions

What you bring
- →Philosophy. You want to understand how businesses really work, and to help build them yourself.
- →Experience. Prior work experience or internships in a startup, consulting, VC/PE or a process-strong Mittelstand or Handwerk business. An economics or technical academic background is a plus.
- →Way of working. You work in a structured, fast and solution-oriented way. You think along and move into execution.
- →Systems thinking. You're interested in processes, automation and scalable structures.
- →Communication. You communicate clearly and precisely, and you're equally comfortable with founders, craft partners and customers. German C2.
- →Bonus. An affinity for the trades, for the Mittelstand, or for construction and energy topics.
